We have a double room available in this house - with view over garden to the hills. This is a quiet house with shared kitchen, dining area, bathroom, lounge and rear garden.
Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from a couple of weeks to several months. Companies welcome to enquire and book. 3 minutes’ drive to General Dynamics and Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park, 4 minutes’ drive to the A470 main through road, 12 minutes’ drive to Prince Charles hospital. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath & toilet. No smoking allowed in the house. WIFI, all bills, initial bed linen if needed are included.
Free on street parking - no permits needed.
Single Room Price: £135 per week for single occupancy
Double Room Price: £145 per week (smaller one) and
Double Room Price: £155 per week (larger one) for single occupancy and £175 per week for double occupancy.
