We have a newly renovated large studio room with double bed, ensuite shower and toilet, table and chairs, kitchen area with sink, hob, oven, fridge, kettle, and washing machine.

Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from one week to several months. Companies are welcome to inquire and book.

4-minute drive to General Dynamics and Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park, 2-minute drive to the A470 main through road, 12-minute drive to Prince Charles hospital and to the Heads of the Valley main site entrance. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts.

Strictly no smoking allowed in the house. High-speed WIFI, all bills, and initial bed linen if needed are included.

Parking is on-street and no parking permits/charges are required.

Studio Room - £210 per week
