Awesome house looking for flatmate to share

Hello! I am currently working at the University of South Wales, and I am looking for flatmates to share a lovely house.

The house is very bright and cosy!
Two spacious double rooms with furnitures are available.
Shared kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and table and chairs.
Shared Bathroom with WC, shower, wash hand basin.
Shared Living room with wifi.
Gas heating with double glazing carpeted throughout.
It is newly decorated, on a safe street with well-maintained garden. 5 min walk from pontypridd train station.

I am looking for someone reliable, clean and mature no matter the gender.
The rent for double room with balcony is £350 pounds a month, the other double room is £300 pounds a month (the internet, water bill and council tax are included, the house is currently under band C), plus electricity and gas bill to share.

Looking for a mixed and varied house of people who like their own space but also like to get together for a meal or a sports match now and again. No smoking in the house due to fire alarms.

Fantastic location for commuting to Cardiff or any where in the valleys.

Friendly happy household! At least 3 months stay is required, please give one month notice in advance while leaving.
