Double room in our home available to rent

Our rent out room will be available to rent at the end of April. It's a double furnished room in a quiet area of Pontypridd near the university and town centre.

We are two professionals that work in the NHS looking for a house share professional. We live in a 3 bedroomed house with 2 living rooms and a modern kitchen. The shated bathroom is located on the ground floor; walk in shower only. There is a secure courtyard at the rear - a real sun trap in the summer. On street parking available outside the house.

We are a couple that enjoys a quiet life, we enjoy visiting our caravan in Pembrokeshire as much as possible when not working. We are laid back in sharing our home and are seeking a like minded person.

OUR current house share person is leaving us after 3 years to her first home.
