The house is in a quiet neighbourhood which is a short walk from Pontypridd town centre and the train station. The uni is about a 30 minute walk or a short drive/train ride away.
The room is fully furnished, most of it is brand new including the mattress.
All bills and WiFi are included except council tax (which is free for students).
I’m currently in the process of renovating my house so the kitchen looks a little worse for wear but it’s all working and hopefully will be done soon.
