Student en-suite room in Pontypridd to Rent.

Looking for someone to take over my en-suite room in private student accommodation. It’s on Library Road, Pontypridd (approx 5 minutes from both campuses in a car). Next to a bus stop and 2 minutes from the train station. Rent is £110 a week (all bills included except TV license) with a parking space included (for 2 car parks). Rent is taken out in 3 payments after loan has come in. Has a TV bracket on the wall, en-suite room, common room, gym, free washing machines/dryers, shared kitchen (for each floor), free WiFi, locks on food cupboards. Building has 29 people in. Common room has a smart TV in with PlayStation.
