Happy to redecorate the back patterned papered wall, to something more plain. Also, bought some different duvet set(s) covers, to the one shown in pics.

Though the room is not ensuite... I have now retired and my other half works later in the day and so the bathroom would be free in the mornings to get ready.

This spare double with lovely view, is at the front of the house, With the sky light bathroom in the middle and our other double at back of house. Wide driveway leading up to garage and entrance/hall way and stairs.

21 foot lounge/dinning area again with lovely views and then kitchen at back of house leading to garden.

We have spare parking for a small car...alternatively we can park our car at a relatives, a few doors away.

The views are nice across and down the valley and we live up on a dead end road Graigwen (10 mins walk, from the towns High Street and Main Bus Station and Rail Station). So you get that feeling of being that little bit more, from the huslte and bustle.

It is just 2 of us and the one cat...as the one off spring, settled and lives away.

The rent to also include... tea/coffee, bread, spread, milk, eggs and some toiletries.

If you would like some evening meals, then we could discuss, with regard to such.
