The household are all working professionals and try to keep the house clean and In a respectable manner. We are all considerate decent housemates.

The room is available from now and is literally situated behind Pontypridd train station. There is a shared bathroom with shower , a kitchen on the middle floor with fridge and freezer space along with a washer dryer.
A large garden out back.

Broadband and all bills included.
You will have your own key card and key for extra security.
All housemates are expected to maintain facilities by cleaning at times , be considerate to others with noise (music) etc.

This is a very chilled out house with excellent housemates. We're all spot on and it's a good vibe.
