Double en-suite room in private home

I’m looking to let out a room in my 3-bed terraced in a (fairly) new build estate in Rhydyfelin. The room is currently my own so the furniture in there isn’t reflective of what will be in there. I’ll be buying a new double ottoman bed for good storage, mattress, wardrobe etc. I’m not in any rush and prefer to find the most suitable person rather than just filling the room. I’m happy to work with you on the furniture you’d like in the room.

The room is en-suite with toilet, sink, shower, and the de-mister pad on the mirror is very useful!

I work full-time and only in the office one day a week so I work from home a lot. The living room is shared and the kitchen has a washer/dryer, oven, air fryer etc. The garden is low maintenance and you can peg clothes out. There’s fast fibre too, at 900mbps. There’s space within my designated parking if you have a car.

In terms of housemate, someone calm, respectful, and naturally considerate of the space is what I’m after. About me, I’m a 40 year old gay man and like a quiet and calm life.
