A decent size patioed area to the rear is perfect for late night drinks or just bathing in the sunshine during the day.

Walking distance of 3 minutes to Morrisons or 10 minutes to Aldi.
Train station is only 7 minutes walking away with direct links to Pontypridd and Cardiff.
Regular bus routes going to Royal Glamorgan Hospital, plus all the others in the area.

Street parking is available on the quiet road outside the house with no limit to number of cars.
