Hi looking for a working Proffesional to occupy 1 single room available with a double bed in Porthcawl £125 pw or £500 per month, small double wardrobe, minimal space, the rest of the house is spaciuos.
Individual must be working and not working from home, unfortunately will not accept Anyone on benefits.

Contemporary home 5ms walk from the beach and 15ms walk into Porthcawl Town.
Shared Bathroom.
There are 2 lounges i will use the kitchen/Sun lounge and others have full use of the cosy front lounge which is sunny and spacious.
Kitchen facilities are shared.
Short term of under 1 month is £125 a week or £50 per night.
I have 2 small Dogs who don't shed their coat they love people cwtches & Walks. You must love dogs or this isn't the home for you.
WiFi is available & Alexa.
There is small relaxing back garden with outside dining. The rooms are stylish and comfortable.
There is 1 Parking space is available for house guests however it is a first come first serve basis for guests, I have my own allocated space. There is shed out the back to store Bicycles no garage.

Payment will be 1 months Rent in advance plus bond. On departing The room needs to be cleaned by yourself to the standard that it was when you moved in or £50 will be deducted from the Bond. Help to keep the house clean and tidy is helpful to live in this beautiful chilled home..
