Hi 2 x double room available.
Stylish modern home 5 ms
walk from the beach and 15 ms walk into Porthcawl Town. Separate Bathroom will be used by guests as I have my own.
There are 2 lounges I will use the kitchen/Sun lounge and house guests may use the main lounge to the front of the house.
All kitchen facilities to be shared.
I am looking for short term let, this is negotiable. Happy to have to have Employees from Tata steel or any other short term contractors £60 a night or £650 per month.
I have 2 small Dogs who don't shed their coat they love people cwtches & Walks and are lively.
WiFi is available & Alexa. There is small relaxing back garden with outside dining. The rooms are stylish comfortable & recently decorated and are For one person only no couples
The individual must be in employment and the home isnt suitable for night shift worker or to work from home.
Parking is available for house guests however it is a first come first serve basis for guests, I have my allocated space and there are 2 extra spaces.
Payment will need to be a month in advance including a bond of £650 included in the bond is a £30 deposit for the 2 House keys as one is a security key and will be deducted from the Bond if keys are lost. The room needs to be cleaned by yourself to the high standard that it was when you move in and all bed linen and towels to be cleaned as this will reflect on your bond return and cleaning charges are £50
After the first month if you are staying on you can choose to pay mobthly @£680 or weekly @£180
