Hi 1 small double room available more like a box room with a small double bed in Porthcawl CF36
Stylish modern home 5 ms
walk from the beach and 15 ms walk into Porthcawl Town. Shared Bathroom.
There are 2 lounges I will use the kitchen/Sun lounge and house guests may use the main lounge to the front of the house.
All kitchen facilities to be shared.
I am looking for short term let, this is negotiable. Happy to have to short term contractors £60 a night or £650 per month.
I have 2 small Dogs who don't shed their coat they love people cwtches & Walks and are lively. You must love dogs or this isn't the home for you.
WiFi is available & Alexa. There is small relaxing back garden with outside dining. The rooms are stylish comfortable & recently decorated and new carpet and are For one person only no couples.
The individual must be in employment and the home isnt suitable for night shift worker or to work from home.
1 Parking space is available for house guests however it is a first come first serve basis for guests, I have my allocated space.
Payment will need to be a month in advance including a bond of £650 included in the bond. The room needs to be cleaned by yourself to the high standard that it was when you moved in or £50 will be deducted from the Bond.
The rent for short term which is less than 3 months Is £180 a week
