Highly accessible to Cardiff, Swansea Port talbot and Bridgend as next to M4 and walking distance to bus and train services. Closest Pyle train station and Bus stop close to the house in South Cornelly (quiet, nice area)

Room comes with Double bed, blinds, curtains and clothes storage. Price includes all bills (not including broadband ) use of living room, bathroom, kitchen, patio garden.

Prefer full time employed but open to student / dss if a match (short term only max 6 months )

Use of Fridge/freezer, own private storage in kitchen

Washing Machine Dishwasher and Tumble Dryer!! (bring your own powders tablets etc) (responsible for own cleaning and allocated cupboards for peace of mind)

If you don't drive Bus service regularly going 1 min away for stop and local train station is Pyle then Bridgend or Port Talbot.
