The house is homely, has a parking.

There are easy links into both Cardiff, Llantrisant and Pontypridd, with a bus stop near by.
There is a Best one grocery shop, Fish singh's chips shop, barbing shop, several local pubs, take aways, and gyms as well as plenty of local countryside walks and a 25 minute drive to the beach.
We are a working professionals so are looking for a professional or a mature student who appreciates tidy and quiet place of residence. A reference would be preferred not compulsory.
It is important that you are Comfortable and confident around dogs and are happy to live with two.
