Two Single Rooms Available To Rent Need Asap

Hi guys!, I have two single rooms available to rent and need filled as soon as possible!

we're days away from a new contract signing and we don't want to let this place go!

We're 2 males ages 22 and 23 looking for 2 males or females to be apart of this amazing property.

The area is really quiet to start off with and a stones throw away from treforest university and local transport i. e. treforest train station so very easy to commute into the city centre!

Both rooms have single beds and very spacious! Lovely fitted kitchen with gas hob, built in fridge, and all kitchen appliances. Big bathroom also with fitted shower. Plenty of space to store things around the house also. This property also comes with its own back garden that we plan on using for bbq's and a few beers in the summer!

We're looking for either professionals or students to come and be apart of a fun place to live, we're a great bunch in here, we do have the occasional poker night also so if you like to play come and join us!

We're asking for £250 per month per room. This would cover absolutely everything, gas, electric, water, tv licence and council tax! The bond would be around £250 also but this would be discussed with the estate agents when the contract is signed.
