I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy which ends on 22nd July 2022. There are 2 females and 1 male living at this address.

It’s a newly furnished property, with all interior matching and a brand new kitchen. The room being offered has a double bed, spacious wardrobe and large chest of drawers, along with a desk and chair. There is also a shared furnished living room and kitchen with 2 fridges.

The back garden has a large patio, and there is permit parking available to you. It’s a nice and quiet street, with everything near you. The university is a 2 minute walk from the house.
