This house is located a 10 minute walk from USW campus in Treforest. It is located between the uni and Pontypridd itself which makes it ideal for both university access and getting a job in the Pontypridd area. We are a house of 5 girls currently, looking for 2 additional tenants to join us for the 2022/2023 academic year. Preferably we would like another 2 girls living with us, however we would still be open to males living with us too! We are fun, friendly and sociable girls who enjoy music, gym and drinking, however we are also very persistent and disciplined with our university coursework. In the house we have a large kitchen dining area with a dining table, dishwasher and two fridge freezers. The kitchen has plenty of storage and has been refurbished this year for a more modern look. The living room is a large space with lots of sofas and room to move about in and also has a large tv with Netflix connected. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and an extra toilet in the house, all with laminate flooring and waterfall showers. The rooms available to rent are located on the bottom floor facing the road. They are both large double rooms complete with all furniture including a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, chair and additional storage spaces. On the bottom floor there are three rooms plus one of the bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room whilst upstairs there are 4 rooms and a bathroom as well as some extra storage cupboards complete with a washing machine and dryer. Being a detached house also gives us the freedom of no neighbours! All bills are extra, broadband is already set up and is only £37 between all of us per month. All other bills are yet to be calculated. Tenancy runs from 01/07/2022 ends 30/06/2023. We would be happy to accept viewings prior to committing to a contract and would love to meet you beforehand! :)

As this is student letting there is no council tax provided eligible student ID is provided.
