Room available- Park Pride student accommodation

Available to move in now. The room is currently empty as I am living somewhere else. The property is managed through Let Right estate agents. The double room includes an en suite and shared kitchen with 5 other people (6 in total). There is a deposit but I am willing to waiver that as long as you can take the contract from me. The rent is paid per term so the next payment is due in January. Bills including wifi is included in the price. There is parking available. As I have already paid for this term I am happy for you to start paying from the January. I have the keys so I am happy to show you round if you like. Any questions drop me a message.
