A CHOICE of room

PLEASE NOTE: Only ONE room is available there will only be one lodger and myself. Sorry if slow getting back to anyone, still furnishing/sorting place out, and it isn't sending me notifications.

Ideal for someone who values a calm home base — I’m pretty quiet myself and appreciate the same. (Really sorry I'm not being strict, I am just quite an introvert at home, and will want you to be comfortable in your home too :)!)

Option 1 - £425 with bills:
A room with small double bed. Under bed storage. Bed, Mattress, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and blinds provided. Mirror optional just left it there for now. Situated at the front.

Option 2 - £525 with bills:
A bright double large room. Under bed storage. Bed, Mattress, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Bed side cabinet and the two blinds provided.

About the arrangement:
• You’ll be a lodger sharing with the live-in owner.
• Short- or medium-term stays are fine; I’m in no rush to fill the room and would rather find the right fit.
• I mostly work from home so the smallest bedroom is my home office (3 bed house), leaving the large living room mostly empty, will still equip it with all the furniture soon but I will hardly use it.

About the house:
• End-terrace house in Treherbert, CF42
• Double-glazed, gas central heating, good EPC (C).
• Spacious living room (just moved in though so no sofa or TV yet! But it will be sorted in the next few months)
• Kitchen with:
- Samsung Smart Washing Machine
- Samsung Smart Large Fridge-Freezer
- BIBO 'Nova' countertop instant hot and cold filtered water dispenser
• Bathroom with bath and shower over bath (will be replacing toilet and sink unit with new vanity unit but they're fine at moment)
• Amazing views from the garden, lots of work to do on it though, will be next year. (Will be looking to get it fitted with decking, but still lovely to sit and have a warm drink and look at the sky)
• Free on-street parking and short walk to Treherbert station.
• Bills covered: Wi-Fi, Council Tax (Band A), Gas, Electricity and Water Bills. (This is not to trick any 'other bills' if unsure if something is covered just ask me)
