Double room in a spacious flat

Hello friends,
I have a very spacious Double Room to rent in a vegetarian flat (I would prefer someone vegetarian however not a deal breaker as long as you are vegetarian inside the flat). You'd share the flat with only 2 people. The bathroom would be shared with only 1 person, as I've an en-suite in the other room. It's a very quiet and a cosy place to stay in, and the rent inclusive of all the utility bills is £165 per week for a single person or £205 per week for 2 people. I'm okay about it being a monthly rent (£719 for a single & £893 for 2 people) if you'd prefer paying monthly instead of weekly. You'd need to ensure the common areas i. e. the bathroom and the kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned every alternate week. The flat is about 6 minutes walk from Alperton tube station and 15 minutes walk from Stonebridge Park station.
