There are excellent transport links, 30 mins to central London and 12 mins to Clapham with Kew Bridge station just across the road. Plenty of bus routes, and Gunnersbury Station (district line) is a short walk away.

The room includes a double bed, 2 bedside tables and 3 huge built in sliding wardrobes and you'll have private use of the larger bathroom (with bath and shower), as the other bedroom has its own bathroom. There's double glazing throughout. There are 2 other walk-in wardrobes in the corridor, so plenty of storage.

The flat has a massive living room, with floor to ceiling windows creating a spacious and light living area. There are 2 sofas including a sofa bed.

The kitchen is spacious with stacked cupboards and large bench tops with a in built 4 burner electric stove. Includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and large fridge.

The building has its own small gym and concierge service included with the rent.

It's a lovely neighbourhood and incredibly secure building which includes guest parking. Close to some great pubs and restaurants in nearby Chiswick, Hammersmith and Richmond.

You will be sharing with Maria and Artem, we are a couple who moved in at the start of 2019, looking to replace our lovely current housemate Robin who is moving in with his girlfriend.
