It is a good size room on first floor of a three bedroom terraced house. There is a communal living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small patio at the back of the house.
The house is on quiet street, couple of minutes walk from a bus stop (65 Kingston- Ealing Broadway, 237 Hounslow-White City, 267 Falwell-Hammersmith, and about 8mins walk from Brentford train station (19mins to Clapham Junction, 30 mins to Waterloo). The closest tube station is South Ealing (Piccadilly line) 10 mins on a bus. High street shops, post office, restaurants, Morrisons are just a few minutes away. Close to Chiswick, Kew Gardens, Syon Park.
All bills are included (electricity, water, gas, council tax, super fast internet). We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks.
We are a couple and one female sharing a three bedroom flat - all professionals working hard, who equally enjoy a good party and a quiet night in, looking for someone with similar priorities. We require 1 month rent and £500 deposit upfront.
