There are two double bedrooms and one single room and we share a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The flat is fully furnished. The rent is £650 monthly and £650 deposit. The block is easily accessible with buses E8, E2,235,267,237, N9(night bus).Closest underground station is Boston Manor(30 min to Heathrow).Syon Lane railway station is 10 min walk and Brentfort railway station is 10 min walk too (30 min to zone 1).Richmond, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Kew Gardens are within 15 min by bus.
We are a young couple(35yo female and 36 yo male ),professional people, easy going and sociable and don't mind if you work or study as long as you are nice and considerate and respect everybody's privacy. We want everybody at home to be happy. It would be brilliant to have a drink, watching a film together but if you are tired nobody is going to disturb you.
