Double Room On Northern Line

We are renting a quiet, clean and spacious double bedroom on the first floor of our house just for two months while I am away travelling. You will be sharing the house with two professional females in their 30s and 40s.

The house is on a quiet residential street 10 minutes walk from Burnt Oak station on the Northern line, and 15 mins walk from Edgware which has all the shops and restaurants you would need.

You’re welcome to use the living room, bathroom, the kitchen and make yourself at home!

Our house is not only an affordable place on the Northern line with easy access to most of London, but a friendly place to stay where we all get on well and like meeting new people.
You will be sharing the shared spaces in the house with two ladies in their 30s & 40s, one of which is part of the LGBT community.

You'd have your own private lockable room with TV and Firestick, access to the shared bathroom, shared living room and shared kitchen and all its facilities. You can use all the utensils, pans, plates, oils, spices etc. We also have an air fryer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, blender, toaster and kettle. There's also a small garden you can relax in.

Someone will be there to let you in, and the rest depends on our schedules at the time. We will always be available to answer questions by text if we're not there.

It is very important that you are either part of or an ally of the LGBTQI+ community.
