Hello folks,

My best friend (+awesome flatmate) is moving out to go travelling thus I have got a double bedroom coming available between late August to mid-September (flexible).

This is a beautiful house with 2 parking spaces and a beautiful, private back garden. We are around 5 minutes from Burnt Oak tube station (Northern Line) and 15 minutes from Mill Hill Broadway (Thameslink). There is a Better gym 3 minutes walk away, a massive ASDA, Morrisons, M&S, and Waitrose around 5 minutes cycle / 15 minutes walk away. Great cycling paths nearby and lot of greenery around us.

The photos are an accurate representation of the flat. The rent comes to 784 GBP per month with all bills inclusive (we will most likely get a refund from energy bills, as I am currently paying more than required) with a further 20 GBP a month for a cleaner that comes bi-weekly.

I have been living here for a year and it's been wonderful which is why I want to continue living here. I work in management consulting and travel frequently, however when home. I enjoy cooking, watching indie films, visiting museums, reading books and just chilling with flatmate/friends.
