There is a double room available close to Burnt Oak Station in a friendly house share. There is good connectivity for Queensbury and Edgware Station too.
There is tons of storage in the room, a huge window and a double bed with beside lamps. The whole house is fully furnished.
Edgware Community Hospital, Restaurants and shops are close by.
The living room, kitchen and washroom are shared amongst all house mates.
The current household consists of 3 females and 1 male. They are a friendly bunch! The place will feel like a home and the people are genuinely great.
Bills come up to 150 per month which includes WiFi, Water, Electricity and Gas.
We don't pay council tax yet.
We are happy to arrange viewings as per your convenience.
The deposit of £721 will be paid to me as you will be taking over the room from me.
The rent of the room £666 is payable on 20th of each month. The current contract is until December with a break clause in October.
The room is available to move in from 20th April.
