A lovely double bedroom available to rent, perfect for a single female tenant. The room is spacious and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, clothing rail, and desk (chest of drawers also available), providing you with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You will be sharing the house with myself. I'm friendly and easy-going and am looking for a like-minded individual to share my home with. There is no shared living room however there's a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area, and a clean and modern bathroom. I like to keep the place clean and am looking for someone tidy.

There's a small spare room, bathroom and kitchen between our rooms so you'll have plenty of privacy.

Located in a picturesque area, the house is next to Little Britain Lake and offers a nice break from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are plenty of local amenities nearby, including shops, pubs, and restaurants, and public transport links make it easy to get around.
