The house:
This is a lovely, recently renovated 5 bedroom detached home set in a private road in Denham. All the rooms are large and well proportioned. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility room. The living and dining rooms are open plan. The secluded garden is mostly laid to lawn, with a large decking area. Sky TV and wifi are installed. There is plenty of off street parking. Although this house is great for entertaining it is not a party house.

Location:
The house is located in a private gated road in Denham, a couple of minutes’ drive from the M40 and M25 and a 20-minute drive from Heathrow. Denham and Gerrards Cross train stations are both around 5 minutes’ drive away and have direct trains into London that take around 25 minutes. We are a 10 minute drive from Uxbridge and there are a Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose nearby.

The bedroom:
Although the bedroom is a double it is for single occupancy only and it is available for rent for weekdays only.

This is a large bright double room on the ground floor with near exclusive use of the ground floor bathroom which has a shower over bath.

A cleaner comes once a week and all bills are included.
