Nice quiet room overlooking the back garden to let

Kitchen with back door, nice big window

The room is a big enough for double bed, but I have put in single pine bed. There is IKEA Computer desk with lamp, wardrob, tall chest of drawers. Room has a big window with curtains. Access to the room is through the seating area which has a dining table, chairs and a Futon. Bathroom has shower, toilet, washbasin. There is also another Toilet with washbasin. Kitchen is well equipped with Tall fridge, washing machine. In the shed there is chest freezer, tumble dryer. Side alleyway has rubbish bins stored. Front garden has parking for one more car
I am looking for a housemate who will get along with other two housemates, tidy up after cooking, eating, keep noise level low, pay rent on time.
