We now have a single room on the first floor of our semi-detached house available for rent.
The room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished upon request.
We have a very generous size kitchen, a shared sitting room, a garden with grass lawn facing a large park and plenty of storage.
There is one bathroom and a separate toilet on the first floor.
I'm a property lawyer and have been renting the house for over 3 years now. Me and my 9-year old daughter occupy 2 of the bedrooms upstairs. We love the space and country feel of our home and are looking for a friendly professional to chat over a dinner together.
