The property is moments walk from Chase Farm Hospital, 15 minutes walk to Gordon Hill station (37 mins to Moorgate) with direct, 10 minute access to Junction 24 of the M25. The property sits on the edge of Enfield, next to open countryside and close to Trent Park yet a quick train ride into the heart of the City.
I'm looking for someone respectful, friendly, easy going and tidy - like myself - preferably with a good sense of humour!
A Monday-Friday rental would be the ideal arrangement but it’s fine if you need full time. I will carry out 3rd party referencing.
