Kitchen is shared. Use of garden.

Easy access to train station; 7 min walk to Gordon Hill Station, 15 mins train to Finsbury Park/Highbury & Islington, 20 mins to Moorgate.

The house is situated on a quiet road, there are plenty of nice cafes and shops at the end of the road. Co-op and Sainsbury's 2 min walk. Holtwhites bakery up the road which make the best cinnamon buns in London! Enfield Town is a quick bus ride or walk away with lots of shops.

At the top of the road is Hilly Fields for nice walks and a forest with the New River running through it.

My children and I live at the house but the loft is on the second floor so it's very peaceful and tucked away. We have 3 cats.

The room would suit a professional working during the week and likes their privacy on the weekend, as we do too. I would appreciate someone clean, tidy, friendly, quiet and relaxed.
