Available from August. The room is bright and spacious with a living, dining, working and bedroom area , and separate en suite, self-contained on its own floor, .providing privacy.

Rental includes all bills and WiFi.

The room has a king-size bed with mattress and bedside table, sofa, coffee table and a table and chairs plus a chest of drawers.

It also has a small, fitted wardrobe and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview and wifi/broadband connection.

You have your own bathroom on the same floor next to the room with:

a large shower

toilet

wash-basin

cupboards and

a heated towel rail.

You will also have use of our kitchen (own fridge and cupboard space) and the use of a clothes washing machine.

We ask for rent to be paid monthly in advance by DDR and for a returnable security deposit of a month's rent.

The area is quiet, in Enfield EN1, with local shops, a shopping centre, lovely parks and two overground railway stations, all within walking distance.

Local shops include a small Sainsbury's and Co-op for your everyday needs. Just ten minutes' walk gets you to Enfield town centre's Palace Gardens, which has an M & S, Boots, WH Smiths, Waitrose, Clarks and Pearson's department stores. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are market days, also in the town centre .

Independent stores include a bakery (Holtwhites) and a butcher (SJ Smith).

Enfield Town and Gordon Hill overground stations are within a 10 to 15 minute walk, with access to central London within half an hour, directly connecting with Highbury & Islington, Finsbury Park, Old Street, Moorgate and Kings Cross underground stations or with Liverpool Street.
