I have a 2 Bedroom apartment that is newly purchased and currently looking to rent the single room.

As you can see the apartment is newly decorated and in great condition! I am looking for a VERY! CLEAN!! ORGANIZED RESPECTFUL none smoking, working professional preferably a female to accommodate the single room. (Flexible on male occupancy)

I live in a very clean, Quite! & organized manner and would like a flat mate with the same frame of mind!

I work away on some occasions, so it's imperative that I find the right flat mate that's like minded.
All bills are inclusive + Internet. £450 a month including a months security Deposit.

All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard. There is use of a Washing machine, and all other amenities; Bath room is fitted with both bath and Shower.

The apartment is located 8 Minutes walk from Enfield Lock Station & situated in a new Build Development just of Ordnance Road.
Unfortunately there are no parking facilities in the private development & my own private parking bay is Occupied by myself.
You are however able to park on Ordnance Road 2 min walk from my apartment.

About Me: I'm a 33 Year old working professional currently working as a Facilities Manager in London's Mayfair.
I'm a very easy going guy; I love a good movie, Music and a healthy Life style.

The Advertised room is very clean and warm!! It's not just some rental used room!! The room looks bigger on personal view than in photo. Due to single room accommodation I am unable to allow over night guest's, purely because it wont be practical in a single room.
