Due to the fact that my current Female Spanish Teacher flat mate and her son will be moving on after 3 years, I now have available in a 2 bedroom modern flat, one of 2 rooms to-let.

The flat has unlimited Internet, plenty of common areas, with both rooms coming fitted with a 32in flat screen TV that has a built-in DVD player and an extra Sky HD cable box attached, in a new build. It also has both a bath and a shower; a storage room and all the windows are triple glazed to keep outside noise to almost zero. you will share with one other person.

The Smaller Double room advertised is ideal for a single person on a budget, fitted with a small double bed and ideal for having the occasional/permanent visitor if you want to pay slightly less.

The large Double room is a very spacious room that is ideal for a couple or a single person that just likes space.

The flat is also 90 seconds from the station, making it very easy to commute, with Oxford Street just 22 minutes away, and Liverpool Street station 25 minutes, timed it personally.

There is also a bus terminal is just 50 metres down the road that runs buses directly to central London 24/7, ideal for getting to work at odd times, during tube strikes or for getting back if you’re out late in central London.

The local amenities in the area include 2 big shopping parks, Krispy Kreme, KFC, Mac-Donald’s, Bingo, 2 Big Cinemas, a 24hr shopping supermarket, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Asda & Tesco, numerous restaurants’, all in walking distance.

Enfield town centre is also just 5 stops on any bus from the front of the flat.

The building has underground parking for an extra cost if you prefer that to street parking.

For the health seeking person, there are 6 nearby gyms one of which is in the building, also nearby are 3 with swimming pools, 3 parks and access to the cycle paths that runs directly to central London. There are also 4 other stations and an underground station a few bus stops away in different directions.
