About the room – Ideal for a 9-5 professional person who needs accommodation from Monday evening to Friday morning. Occasional Sunday nights might be considered.

This is a very nice large flat with a large garden. Part of a large house converted into 4 flats.

Bills and WiFi included. However, finding the right people is most important.

I generally work from an office in the garden or travel to different projects, hence responsible person(s) required who can maintain a nice living environment would be ideal.

There were 2 rooms available. 1 is now taken by an architect who works in Enfield staying Monday night - Friday morning.

I have the main bedroom with en-suite.

Bedroom has TV.

Everyone who visits say it is an outstanding place, quiet yet easy reach of London by train and tube. Gordon Hill (train) and Oakwood (underground), M25 (J24, 25), M1 and M11 are nearby.

Parking is outside the front door.

A good sense of humour helps ... gyms, clubs, countryside, cinema, town shops, pubs etc., are all in easy reach. Enfield Town = 5 mins drive. 25 mins to walk.
