Attic Room

Lovely large attic room in a quirky grade 2 listed house in Enfield (EN1). The room has a beamed wooden ceiling, seagrass on the floor and is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a 32 inch smart TV. The room is at the top of the house via its one own private staircase.

There is free high speed fibre broadband and share of kitchen, living areas and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a TFL overground station just 5 minutes walk down the road (Turkey Street Station) which has a direct link to London Liverpool Street station in just 25 minutes or you can connect to the Victoria Line via Seven Sisters in just 10 minutes.

There is also free parking on the street outside the house. A10 and M25 are very near, providing easy access to the motorway network.

There are two of us living in the house, we are very friendly, easy going with a sense of humour, well travelled, like culture, music, art, food. We are very sociable but not party people and so the house is generally quiet. We enjoy a good conversion but understand also the desire for privacy.

We are looking for a Professional Male (must be working full-time - no shift work please, not able to accept couples or students unfortunately) who is clean, tidy and respectful to others.

Must be able to provide employment and past landlord references. Having a sense of humour would also help!
