Double bedroom to rent in Enfield Chase

Hi there! I am looking for someone to move in with me in to my two bed flat in Enfield Chase. The flat is located above the Little Waitrose , EN2. The room you will be renting is a furnished double room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table. You will have use of the main bathroom as I have an en suite.

The room is available from mid August. The rent is £500 pcm not including bills (these are around £150 for electric, internet and council tax, plus an extra £20 for a fortnightly cleaner. The bills do go up a little in winter). There is parking out the back of the building that you can use for free. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo and there is a dry cleaners directly opposite.

Transport services are amazing here, the flat is a minutes walk away from Enfield Chase Station (National Rail) and a bunch of bus stops, around a 10 minute walk to Enfield Town (TfL/London Overground) and a short bus ride away from Oakwood Station (Piccadilly Line, zone 5. Night Tube covers this line and there is a bus stop with 24 hour services and a cab office directly outside).

A bit about me: I am 27, currently working in Central London as a Personal Assistant and going to college part time some evenings. I am quiet, tidy and tend to spend my evenings playing video games or watching films. I don't smoke and the flat is non-smoking. I am vegetarian but don't mind if you are not. I rarely ever have guests, however my boyfriend stays 1-2 times a week. I have two pet guinea pigs who live in the living room and are quiet and cute.
