I have a lovely 3 bed town house, and looking to let the double room.

3 bus stops within 3 - 5 mins walk.
10 - 20 min walk to station, and short walk to town center
24hr Piccadilly tube line from Hatton cross

5 mins drive from Heathrow airport

Kingston is a bus ride away or 10 minute drive along with Richmond and Twickenham also being no more than 2 stops away.

No children here so easy if you need to work from home as the conservatory can be used as an office as there is desk set up in there.

There is one bathroom with toilet next to the bedroom which is shared by myself, on the top floor, and on the ground floor there is a toilet next to the utility room and conservatory.

Utility room is great so you can do your washing and it doesn't affect the communal areas :)
Clean washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. ( brand New)

There is a lounge / diner that you can use if you wish to, as well as a conservatory lounge. so there is always somewhere quiet to chill if you want.

There is space on the driveway, I currently have my car however there is room for more.

I am very friendly and easy going,

I don't smoke, and No smokers or pets are allowed. sorry.

The property is in good condition and always kept clean and tidy.

I will be requesting proof of income, and references, as well as the deposit.
