A well maintained, decorated and clean home on a quiet residential road and friendly neighbours. The single room faces the back garden. Can have sole use of a modern walk in shower room with wall mounted basin and toilet as in photos.
Less than 5 minutes walk to Feltham station and all local amenities, gyms and supermarkets. Fast trains into Richmond, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Waterloo. Extremely convenient location to walk for bus, rail and tube and access to M3, M4, M25 and Heathrow Airport.
Parking is by permit 9.30am -6.30pm Mon-Fri, but plenty of non permit around. I am a live in landlord but you can come and go as you please i. e. if you are working shifts or up early/late etc, no problem what time you have a shower etc!!
The room and shower room will be cleaned, which is included in the rent, as well as reasonable usage of utilities. Agreeable to changes in access to the house and garden depending on the suitability of the lodger.
In the room there are hooks behind the free standing mirror and on the wall. The wardrobe in the other room, across from the bedroom, can be used and items can be left there. Agreeable to have conversation about use of kitchen as prefer that to be limited to microwave, kettle and fridge. Any questions please ask! No overnight guests or visitors. This is not a house share.
