Double room in a friendly house!

1 large room with own en suite.
All bills included - £750pcm.
We are looking for a respectful and friendly professional. We often hang out together in the shared longue but give each other space. Sometimes we cook together or have BBQs. 1 person a week does the cleaning as per the cleaning rota. If you are looking for a friendly and respectful house share this is the place for you.

The area-
Regular buses to Richmond, hatton cross and Heathrow right outside the door step and regular trains to London. The train station is a 5 minute walk.

The house.
There are three floor but two parts. The first two floors have 5 people living there with one spare room. Each with their own bathroom. We share a large hall, kitchen and living area. There is also a garden and utility room.
The second part to the house is on the top floor where 2 other people live in their own self contained space but they enter their home through ours.
We all know each other and are friendly towards one another.

The local area.
We are near the cinema, bowling alley, shopping center and restaurants. Each is only a short walk. If you want to go out in London there are good connections.
