This would suit ONE young working person, in line with the current house community.

We cannot accommodate a couple!

The occupant of this room would share a bath room with only one other person. (Male)

Tenants tend to live here from 2-5 years.

The room has laminate flooring, is fully furnished with Ikea double bed, bedside table, mirror, wardrobe, table, chair, lamp, basic linen, and lined curtains.

Internet is Virgin fibre optic broadband. Unlimited and fast.

Parking is available on the road, and there is a driveway for one car. There is quite a good public transport network nearby.
