Single Room - Mature, quiet, simple and safe home

This room will suit considerate and respectable house guest looking for a mature space to stay with kind and considerate housemates. (I am a live-in landlord).

There are three rooms in the house.

House rules
* Quiet time between 10pm and 8am
* Clean and tidy generally
* Respectable to all other guests throughout the stay
* No shoes worn around the house
* This room is not appropriate for homebodies or people who rarely leave the house. This is a nice place to stay with people going about work and getting out of the house regularly.
* NOT appropriate for partiers, heavy drinkers or smokers.

The bathroom will be shared with one other person.

A garden to enjoy in the summer and a shared kitchen.

The living room is generally not shared but I am open to finding a way for everyone to get their own time to enjoy it and get some of their own space.

A viewing and meeting is required to secure the room.

For the right house guest, there may be the option to extend or move to another (bigger) room in the house after September. (A desk and chair, not pictured, is also a part of the room). Current guests are both male, but, I can assure females this is a safe & respectful household. I have sisters so try to do my best. I have also known the other guest for a year who is great.
