The room is available between the 01/10/21 until 04/12/21.

Clean, friendly and very quiet house which is a 10 minutes walk from Greenford Central line Tube station. Close to buses and all local shops, pubs and restaurants. 15 minutes bus ride to Sudbury Hill tube station, Metropolitan and Piccadilly line.

Two double bedrooms available in a newly refurbished 4 bed house with only 3 people living in the house at one time. The house and bedrooms are decorated to the highest level.

Rooms are fitted with a double bed with bed side table, wardrobes, chest of drawers and new carpets and recently painted. Bedlinen and towels supplied.

You will have shared use of the newly fitted bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, kitchen, living room, and front and back garden which is perfect for hanging your washing out or sitting in the sun should we get the weather for it!

The kitchen is complete with a gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and all main amenities.

You also have access to the living room which is fitted with a TV and a music centre. The fridge freezer is also in the living room.

Parking space available outside (on street).
