Large furnished rooms available in a well kept, clean, and friendly house. There are three large bedrooms, one small (spare) bedroom, as well as a communal lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house also has a garden and overlooks a large park. Harrow town centre is 10 mins walk away, and the nearest tube is West Harrow, just 4 minutes walk and 25 mins tube journey from central London. Night tube and night buses also make it easy to get back to Harrow late at night. There is plenty of unrestricted parking near the house.

The rooms currently have a double bed, desk, chair, and plenty of wardrobe/storage space - other furniture is also available if required. They also have Phillips Hue lighting and individual smart heating control. They are currently being refurbished so will be freshly painted and have a new carpet.

All bills and communal products (toilet rolls etc.) are included - we have very fast wireless fibre broadband and the full Sky Q TV package. We also have a professional cleaner who visits weekly, and a professional gardener who visits regularly to keep the garden in check!

A lot of people have called to ask about couples/roommates etc. Although the rooms all have double beds and are large enough for two people, I have a one person to a room policy. This is just to keep the total number of people in the house at 4 or below. However partners or friends are of course very welcome to stay over.
