Looking for a male professional aged between 21-35 to rent a double en-suite-room in our newly renovated home. The room also comes with a private office and bathroom for your personal use.

About the House:

The house is located on a safe and quiet street 5-10 minutes walk from North Harrow Station (25 minutes to Baker Street on the Met line), shops, a gym, pubs, and two parks.

The is room is very spacious and is furnished with a large amount of inbuilt storage space. There is plenty of space in the room for both home working and to set up an area to relax. The large windows in the room provide a lot of natural light.

The room also comes with a private office room and bathroom.

The large kitchen features a tall fridge, a seven-shelf freezer, two ovens, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, five gas hobs, and a separate utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The living & dining room is also very large and has a large dining table, a TV, and is where we like to relax and watch sports and movies.

The house has off-street parking and an enormous patio and back garden, which is great for BBQ's in the summer.

Bills for the property are ~£150 pm and this includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, and WiFi.

We are three young professionals who work in finance. We are all very easy-going and clean. We enjoy socialising, sports, and traveling. That said, we are also respectful of each other's own space and privacy.
