I am a landlord who living in a BRAND NEW two-bedroom flat and I am looking to rent one of my large double bedrooms. The room comes with own large bathroom located in hallway and share open kitchen located in living room

The apartment is located in Harrow View (Near Harrow and Wealdstone and the Harrow On The Hill underground station). H14, H223, H9, and H10 bus stops are only a 2-minute walk away, and there is excellent public transport access to central London, including underground and overground lines. Harrow and Wealdstone stations are 10 minutes apart, while Harrow on the Hills station is 5 minutes away by bus.

There are many shops and supermarkets, gyms and two minutes’ walk to bus stop. 10 minutes on bus to Westminster campus in Northwick Park park hospital.

The rent is £950 per month, which includes all bills. A one-month rent £900 in advance and £950 deposit are required. Work reference is a must before moving in.

The room is only available to full-time working professionals, Preferably females and its for one person only, so no couples, no working from home, no shift work, no students, no visitors, no pets and no smokers.
