My name is Pav, and I am currently looking for a tenant for the large double room with private en-suite in my second-floor apartment.

I am a live in Landlord who is away 60-70% of the time due to working abroad so you will get the benefit of the whole flat (living room & kitchen) for most of the time. The property is quiet (it is on the back of the building away from the roads and overlooking the garden) modern, well lit, has a large garden, private balcony, washing machine and is walking distance to the high street (restaurants, barber, cafes) & supermarkets (Waitrose, Asda, Lidl).

It is only a 5 min bus ride (bus station 50m away), or 10 min walk to Harrow Weald train station which can get you into London (Euston) in under 14 mins with the fast overground.
I am looking for a single working professional who is tidy, polite, and respectful (NO couples).
Vegan / Veggie preferred and to be conscious or into spirituality (practicing mindfulness, yoga, meditation etc) would be a bonus!

Minimum Tenancy – 6 months and deposit of 1 month (References required)

Price includes ALL bills.
