Hayes Town (UB3) - Single Room with Internet

We have a single Room, On 1st floor for professional individuals only - All bills are included.

All rooms come with clean beds, mattresses and Wardrobes throughout with Full Wireless WiFi - There are two FULL sized Bathrooms with toilets, shower and a very clean bath.

You will be sharing in a house which is lovely, cosy, quiet and extremely friendly, in a pleasant environment ideal for a working professional. Its in a very popular part of Hayes, 5 minutes walks from Hayes & Harlington Station and Hayes.

We have a cleaner who comes to clean the property and there is a mandatory charge £10 per week which will be added to the rent.

Hayes Town Boasts - Icelands, Costa Coffee, Santander Bank, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants and food courts.

We only ask for 4 weeks notice period, so there are no tie-ins.
