We have a Single Room - For preferably professional individuals - All bills are included.

All rooms come with brand new beds, mattresses and Wardrobes throughout with Full Wireless WiFi -

You will be sharing in a house which is lovely, cosy, quiet and extremely friendly, in a pleasant environment ideal for a working professional. Its in a very popular part of Hayes, close to Hayes Town, Uxbridge and Stockley Park, and the bus stop is a few minutes walk away!

We have a cleaner who comes to clean the property and there is a mandatory charge £10/wk which will be added to the rent for this room, along with £2/wk for recycling bags.

Hayes Town Boasts (about 20mins walk away) - Icelands, Costa Coffee, Santander Bank, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants and food courts.

We only ask for 4 weeks notice period, so there are no tie-ins.
