There are a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table, a standing mirror, and a comfortable single bed in the room.
The room is newly renovated, clean, and bright.
Rent is £130 per week, all bills are included.

The room is located on the 1st floor in the 4-bedroom, spacious house. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is a big green garden with some barbecue facilities at the back of the house as well as a garage. The kitchen is big, bright, and well-equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine). There is also a spacious living room with a dining area and entrance to the garden.

The property has all the necessary health and safety precautions, including fire alarms.

Parking in the driveway in front of the house - to be discussed.

Local Sainsbury's and other small groceries within walking distance.

2 minutes walking to H28 and H91 bus stop or 15-20 minutes walking to Osterley tube station (Piccadilly line takes you to Central London).
